Full Show Notes:

Troy Prince grew up in the Bronx, one of the most impoverished zip codes in America even though it was just 11 miles from the New York Stock Exchange. Thanks to an early interest in trading piqued by a social studies class, he knew from age 17 that he would be a trader. This took him on a journey around the globe trading at international firms from Spain to Japan and Vietnam.

These days, Troy is trying to use his social capital to get more diverse traders on the floor with his programs Wall Street Direct and Diverse Trader Training. Troy is one of the most interesting and passionate guests we’ve ever had on Limit Up! so don’t miss this episode!

Troy Prince is a Wall Street veteran with more than 20 years’ experience and extensive buy and sell side trading experience at premier U.S and International firms. He also has spent five years as an angel investor in Vietnam.

Noting the persistent lack of diversity in the front offices of Wall Street and the abundance of hungry and available urban talent, he has had the idea for Wall Street Bound for more than 15 years. Troy has spent significant time abroad having lived and worked in five countries, speaks four languages and brings the full breadth of his experience home with him in his mission to connect typically overlooked urban talent with the capital markets and access to capital.
